Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs, A Rare Surprise From E3

Ubisoft, the French video game developer giant behind titles like the Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, and Ghost Recon series, had kept their upcoming Watch Dogs a pretty damn good secret until it popped up at E3 earlier this month. These days it's pretty fuckin' hard to stop the internet from finding about a big game, with disgruntled employees, friends of those employees, and over nosy reporters usually getting the goods well before it's intended to be shown. This can severely impact the sales of a game,as it's easy to catch a game lookin' like shit if it's a few months before it was intended to be shown to the world. First impressions are key, and Watch Dogs.......holy shit they nailed it. Looks like a near future Grand Theft Auto. Let's start with the gameplay demo, you can also see a teaser trailer after the jump.

This teaser trailer doesn't show any gameplay trailer, but it does give a little insight into how you operate in Watch Dogs. I remember when the East Coast lost power in 2003, people thought they were under attack, it was fuckin' anarchy.
